I live in Groton Estates and absolutely love it. I’ve been here 7 years and have never had an issue with the maintenance or office staff. The grounds are always kept clean and any issues I may have get solved quickly.

I live in Groton Estates. I’ve lived here from 1997 to now. So many improvements. Everyone that is in office and maintenance are great. Any problems they fix it. Couldn’t ask for a better team of people. They also keep the grounds nice. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. This is my forever home and I’m very happy here.

I have lived at Summer Brook Apt for over six years. Great management team and office staff. They are quick to help with any issues. Francika especially has been amazing and a great help with everything.
